Tips for Practice - Cycle C
After having practised the exercises of cycle A and B you will know the exercises inside out. Now you can do them in a relaxed manner and immerse yourself in its flow and context.
Because this brings a lot of tranquillity and relaxation, we usually recommend doing only one practice day per week during this phase, preferably on Saturday, and taking six weeks for this block. If you want to work at a more vigorous rhythm, you can do three passes a week and be done in two weeks.
We advise against daily practice in this phase, letting go is an essential part of the middle.
The video takes about one hour with small breaks. During them you can also stop the video and take time to sit down and listen. After a session, you should take about 15 minutes to rest, ideally even to lie down so that the exercises work as deeply and persistently as possible.
