You connect with the forces of the earth, and the balance between giving and taking creates a living center. The order and diversity of the light forces in your organism allow your life processes to thrive and give you the strength to shape your outer life in many ways.







Week 4: Melody and Rhythm
These exercises maintain and refine the basic mood in your vegetative nervous system. When the inner music is right, it brings your organism into living, breathing harmony with your innermost being.
