Relaxation for the Nerves - Cycle A

Intense and Powerful

You do the same exercise every day for an entire week, getting to know new aspects of it each time. Depending on the video length, this takes about fifteen minutes a day. Then you move to the next exercise at the start of each week. As you repeat each exercise for seven days, you make it more and more your own.

Over time you will notice that you are not just doing an exercise, but you are accessing something that is deep inside you. This internal connection becomes more and more natural and diverse, and turns into a resource that you can access as needed.

Week 1: Warmth-Light-Tone-Life

These exercises stimulate your body to become relaxed and content inside. Everything you need for a trip is getting ready to accompany and support you on your journey.

Week 2: The Fourfold O

These exercises provide inner warmth, bring supporting, nurturing forces into flow and encourage you to move forward. You wrap yourself in the love and care of your own heart.

Tune in - Drafts

Here you will find ideas on how to "tune" yourself in to be ready for practising eurythmy. You can use warm-up eurythmy exercises, but other things can also help. Do something new every day and find out what feels best for you. Find your own way to tune in!
