You can use this list to memorize and repeat the exercises without a video:
- Arrive at yourself.
- Weaving finger waves to the left and to the right, diagonally up and down.
- L - cycle of life. Feel the light around your arms and let it sink into the earth.
- B - protection and shelter, streaming down from the light forces that flowed with the L into the lower system.
- Walking along the sides of a square, starting diagonally forward to the left: warmth - light - tone - life.
