You can use this list to memorize and repeat the exercises without a video:

  • Arrive at yourself.
  • Weaving finger waves to the left and to the right, diagonally up and down.

  • L - cycle of life. Feel the light around your arms and let it sink into the earth.
  • B - protection and shelter, streaming down from the light forces that flowed with the L into the lower system.

  • Walking along the sides of a square, starting diagonally forward to the left: warmth - light - tone - life.
  • Unwinding spirals from point to point of the square. Start inwards, then around the point to the next corner.

After the video is over, do you feel like repeating the exercise by yourself without the video? Perfect! Then do that and listen to what you experience.
